We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator for a position in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate events from start to finish
  • Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
  • Select vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering, and equipment rental
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Ensure events are executed smoothly and meet client expectations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Events Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
