Description:

We are seeking a qualified Safety Manager to join our team for a prestigious project at the Amaal Red Sea in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must be of Arabic nationality and have extensive experience in construction safety management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
• Provide safety training to employees and contractors, emphasizing best practices and risk mitigation.
• Investigate accidents or incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to promote a safety-conscious culture.

Requirements:

• Arabic nationality (Saudi Arabia).
• Current location in Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh region.
• Proven experience as a Safety Manager in construction projects.
• Knowledge of Saudi safety regulations and standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a remote location if required.
