• Position Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Develop, prepare, and implement project-specific policies and procedures.
• • Create operational plans and annual budget estimates for project activities.
• • Design and update the project’s organizational structure, ensuring alignment with company policies and directives.
• • Implement and monitor project-specific initiatives and plans.
• • Develop, monitor, and evaluate performance indicators related to the operational plan, initiatives, and projects.
• • Allocate necessary resources for both physical and human project components.
• • Plan and organize all project stages from design through delivery.
• • Review and approve project schedules and deadlines.
• • Authorize resource allocation for projects and manage the project team.
• • Monitor project progress, ensure goals are met, and guide adjustments as needed.
• • Provide regular updates to Top management and clients on project status.
• • Facilitate problem-solving and address significant challenges during project implementation.
• • Meet with department managers, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate critical project elements and resolve issues.
• • Oversee project implementation to ensure high quality and adherence to the approved budget.
• • Prepare periodic reports on project activities.
• • Offer training, guidance, and support to project staff to achieve targets and promote continuous improvement.
• • Perform any other related tasks assigned within the project’s scope.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• • At least 7 years of demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within the construction or engineering sectors.
• • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian regulations and industry standards is an advantage.
