We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Hotel Manager / Chef to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure high standards of food quality and service quality

Manage and supervise kitchen and service staff

Implement effective cost control and inventory management

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment

Enhance ambiance and guest experience

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies

Handle menu planning, food presentation, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven experience in hotel, restaurant, or catering management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Ability to manage budgets, costs, and operations efficiently

Good communication and organizational skills
