Accountant And Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant Cum Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to ensure our business’s smooth and efficient operations.

Job description

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.

• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports in compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.

• Recording and filing cash transactions.

• Cash management including payment and receipts processing (ex. petty cash, cheque, online bank transfer & payment).

• Invoice processing and filing.

• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.

• Administrative duties as required by the manager

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant administrative or accounting experience.

• Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other productivity tools.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to accounting and administration.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years (Preferred)
