Greetings!
We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. The role will be pivotal in overseeing facility management business development, marketing strategies, and profitability enhancement. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with management to achieve company objectives, enhance customer relationships, and expand service capabilities across new sites.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage facility management business development, marketing initiatives, and profitability.
2. Support management in achieving company growth objectives and enhancing brand image.
3. Improve productivity within facility management operations and implement desired changes.
4. Establish strong client relationships, liaise with local management, and foster partnerships with vendors.

Qualifications:

• Male candidates preferred, any nationality (ideally based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in facility/property management, customer service, marketing, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly with Saudi nationals.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant software.
