Description:

Duties/Responsibilities :

Setup, program and operate CNC punching Machines

• Read and interpret shop orders, including drawings
• Verify correct raw material or work in progress material
• Able to determine proper tooling and change tools on machinery
• Responsible for maintaining quality workmanship and tolerance specifications
• Responsible for completing paperwork associated with work performed
• Checks products to ensure quality and uniform completion resolves any identified problems and alerts team leader
• perform deburring/de-slagging operations after the punching operation
• Responsible for keeping the punch and dies in excellent operating condition by having the tool room/ME Dept. reorder, repair or sharpen as required
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Follows all safety rules

Required Skills/Abilities: CNC Punching Machine Operator Job In KSA

• 1+ years’ experience on CNC punching Machines or similar CNC Machinery
• Proficiency in operating machines with Fanuc Control Systems
• Knowledge of basic programming and ability to make program adjustments
• Select proper die clearances based on material requirements for job order
• Set up tooling, load programs and set up machine to ensure optimal performance
• Works well as a productive member of a team
• Must be knowledgeable in using measuring and inspection tools
