Job Summary:

The Curriculum Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing educational materials and training programs to meet the needs of our learners. This includes creating learning objectives, assessments, and instructional content aligned with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• -Develop, design, and revise curriculum materials for in-person, online, and blended learning formats.
• -Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• -Create learning objectives, instructional materials, assessments, and evaluation tools that align with program goals.
• -Research industry trends, educational standards, and learner needs to create effective and engaging curricula.
• -Ensure that the curriculum follows instructional design best practices, including adherence to learning theories and models.
• -Incorporate multimedia and interactive elements into curricula to enhance learning experiences.
• -Evaluate and revise existing courses based on feedback from learners, instructors, and stakeholders.
• -Provide guidance and training to instructors on how to effectively deliver the curriculum.
• -Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and other educational regulations.

Requirements:

• -Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
• -3-5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or education.
• -Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and online learning platforms.
• -Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and learning theories.
• -Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• -Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including SMEs, instructors, and administrators.
• -Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques.
• -Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• -Experience in training education.
• -Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools like MOODLE.
• -Experience with competency-based education and outcomes-based learning.
• -Certification in instructional design, such as ATD or similar credentials.
