Job Description:

As an E-Commerce Manager, you will oversee the company’s online sales and presence on platforms like Noon, Amazon, and Salla. Your role will include developing and executing sales strategies, managing product listings, optimizing inventory, ensuring seamless logistics, and enhancing the customer experience. You will work closely with the marketing team to implement effective SEO strategies and manage digital marketing campaigns to boost traffic and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s presence on Noon, Amazon, and Salla (مدير عمليات التجارة الإلكترونية على نون، أمازون، وسلة).
• Develop and implement sales strategies (تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات) to increase online sales.
• Oversee product listing (إدراج المنتجات) and ensure that descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.
• Manage inventory (إدارة المخزون) to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Optimize SEO (تحسين محركات البحث) to increase visibility of our products online.
• Coordinate with fulfillment partners and handle logistics (إدارة الخدمات اللوجستية) to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies accordingly (تحليل بيانات الأداء والمبيعات وتعديل الاستراتيجيات).
• Improve the customer service (تحسين خدمة العملاء) experience by responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
