Job Title: Fulfilment Officer

Salary: 2500 to 3000 Riyal Based on experience

Job Description: 

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfilment Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are packed and shipped correctly.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and shipments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fulfillment or logistics role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using order management software and MS Office.

Transfer Details:

• Transfer will be taken after 3 to 6 months.
