Job Summary:

The IT Manager will oversee the IT infrastructure, manage the IT team, and ensure the availability, security, and performance of the company’s technology systems, including ERP and Learning Management Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to align IT strategy with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• -Develop and implement IT policies, strategies, and procedures.
• -Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.
• -Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• -Manage and support the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth operation and user accessibility.
• -Ensure network security and data integrity through proactive measures and security policies.
• -Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, ensuring project goals and deadlines are met.
• -Collaborate with other departments to assess technology needs and provide solutions.
• -Oversee system upgrades, installations, and troubleshooting of technical issues.
• -Manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• -Stay current with emerging technology trends and recommend new solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• -Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.

Requirements: IT Manager Job In Saudi Arabia KSA

• -Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• -5-10 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• -Experience managing ERP systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• -Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems management.
• -Experience with network and information security best practices.
• -Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• -Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• -Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• -Knowledge of IT compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity is a plus.
