  • • Arrangements of receiving material in unique sequence.
  • • Coordinating with Account Department for payments and follow up for payments
  • • Addressing material requests, comments, and complaints.
  • • Handling of Petty Cash for Different project. Verification and reconciliation of Petty Cash accounts and expenses.
  • • Oversee all outstanding supplier and third-party vendor obligations.
  • • Update all databases and spreadsheets related to accounting.
  • • Communication with Project managers and Engineers to manage Petty Cash expenses.
  • • Booking of expenses/Purchase Request in ODOO
