Restaurant Waiter and Cleaner Job in KSA

Overview

We are hiring for Arabian restaurant waiters and cleaners in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position offers a salary of 1300 SAR, inclusive of food and accommodation provided by the company. Candidates must have a valid Iqama and be prepared for a 12-hour shift duty.

Responsibilities

Waiter:

• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses
• Inform customers about the day’s specials
• Offer menu recommendations upon request and upsell additional products when appropriate
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure orders are delivered on time
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area
• Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service

Cleaner:

• Clean and tidy restaurant areas including dining rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoor areas
• Vacuum and mop floors
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and safe for customers and employees
• Assist with stocking and organizing supplies
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Valid Iqama (residence permit) in Saudi Arabia
• Previous experience as a waiter or cleaner in a restaurant setting is preferred
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
