• Achieve monthly sales targets as set by management consistently.

• Proactively address customer needs, concerns, and inquiries, collaborating with management for effective solutions.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to understand their preferences and needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
• Identify and introduce new products that meet customer requirements.
• Gather information on competitors on a daily basis.
• Keep customers informed of any changes in product prices.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records.
• Conduct planned visits to customers as per assigned schedule.
• Provide timely reports on customer visits, locations, and details.
• Send account statements and payment reminders to customers before due dates.
• Confirm balances with customers monthly.
• Assist in periodic spot-checks of warehouse inventory and food safety practices.
