Sales Representative

? Responsibilities and Duties

Market and sell roller shutter doors (manual/electric) and door tracks of various types.

Visit clients (contractors, companies, factories, shops, projects) to introduce products and services.

Understand client needs and provide suitable technical and commercial offers.

Prepare quotations, follow up on approvals, and close deals.

Follow up on orders from the point of sale to delivery and installation (if applicable).

Coordinate with the production and installation departments to ensure accurate order execution.

Collect payments according to the company’s policy.

Monitor the market and competitors, and submit periodic reports to management.

Maintain customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

? Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma minimum (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

At least 1 year of experience in building materials or door sales (roller shutters preferred).

Good knowledge of roller shutter doors, door tracks, and technical specifications.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to work in the field and handle work pressure.

Proficiency in email and communication applications.

Valid driving license required.
