Secretary (with Accounts Experience). (Female Only And Should Be Based In Jeddah).

Location : KSA

Description:

Position: Secretary (female).

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in a similar role, with accounting experience.

Should be available in jeddah for immediate joining. (local hiring only).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Assist with accounting tasks such as invoicing, bookkeeping, and maintaining financial records.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or accounting preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, with a focus on accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
