Store Keeper For Site (Commercial Building Project)*

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive – Store for Site to join our team for an upcoming commercial building project in the Riyadh Province of Saudi Arabia. As an Executive – Store for Site, you will be responsible for managing the site’s materials and equipment inventory, ensuring efficient procurement, storage, and distribution to support project operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • – Oversee all aspects of materials management, including procurement, receiving, storage, issuance, and inventory control.
  • – Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to determine material and equipment requirements and ensure timely availability.
  • – Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials, including quantities, specifications, and costs.
  • – Monitor inventory levels and reorder points, and initiate purchase requisitions as needed to replenish stock.
  • – Implement and enforce proper storage and handling procedures to prevent damage, loss, or theft of materials and equipment.
  • – Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy and accountability.

*Qualifications:-

  • – Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable institution.
  • – Proven experience working in materials management or storekeeping roles, preferably in the construction industry.
  • – Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, procurement processes, and warehouse operations.
  • – Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • – Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience:-

  • – Minimum of 3 years of experience in materials management or storekeeping, with demonstrated experience in construction projects.
