Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Shift Leader to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage warehouse operations during their shift to ensure efficient and smooth processes.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure all warehouse operations are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage inventory control and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
• Monitor and improve warehouse workflows and processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the shift.
• Train and mentor new employees.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet overall business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a warehouse environment.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to live and work in Jeddah.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
