Mawared Alriyadah is seeking a skilled and driven Operations Manager to head our Facility Maintenance Department. This is a leadership role for an experienced professional with a strong engineering background and a solid track record in managing facility maintenance operations.

Job Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related)

-Minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance management

– Valid and transferable Iqama

– Valid Saudi driving license

– Prior work experience in any GCC country

– Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

– Based in Riyadh and ready to join immediately

– Willing to travel across KSA as required

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and oversee the Facility Maintenance Department

– Manage project operations, resources, and maintenance schedules

– Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client standards

– Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams

– Prepare reports and operational strategies to optimize performance

Salary:

Starting from SAR 5,000 – Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
